Lasting Impressions ships throughout the U.S.   Use our Secure Online Catalog or contact us to place an order by phone or fax.



Shipping and Handling

Lasting Impressions offers Free Shipping for stencils if your stencil order totals $40.00 or more. Shipping charges will appear in your shopping cart and order confirmation, but your credit card will not be charged for the shipping if your order contains only stencils and totals $40.00 or more.

The following ground shipping charges do apply for all paints, glazes, and tools:

Orders may also be held at our studio for local pickup by selecting the Hold for Pickup shipping option during checkout.

Return Policy

We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON STENCILS. No exceptions. Please choose carefully and make sure your stencil will fit the location.

Keep in mind that all DISCOUNTED, SALE, OPENED MERCHANDISE (with broken seals etc.) AND SAMPLE PRODUCTS SALES are final and non-refundable. Please choose carefully.

ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE that is non defective will need pre-approval. All unused merchandise must be returned in inventory-ready condition within 14 days of receipt. We will refund your purchase price, less any shipping/handling charges and a 15% restocking fee. If we paid the shipping to get the merchandise to you and you return the merchandise, the shipping fee we originally paid will be your responsibility.

To return a product, you must receive prior authorization by calling us at (920) 498-8411.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Ship the merchandise so that it returns to us in resalable condition. If it is damaged in any way, we cannot issue a refund. Please insure your package. This way, if your package is lost or damaged, you will be able to collect from the shipping company. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages returned to us.

IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE FROM US, please notify us immediately. The shipping company will not stand behind merchandise claims if they are not reported with 48 hours. If a package is damaged, do not throw away the packaging or the merchandise. The shipper very often requires these back, and sometimes sends someone to inspect the merchandise.
